call of duty 4 is obvesly (excuse spelling i probally failed english) a sequal to the "COD" series. as with Bf2 it it is based on ranks with modern guns. you can also change the guns to make them different camo patterens and diff attatchments (i.e. Noob tube) it is a lot more fast pased than BF2 for thje main reason the maps are smaller and you can get a lot more ammo. which brings me to next point, you have these things called "perks" which allows you to amke a decision on which "upgrades" for example more ammo or two main guns, or which are unlocked with rank ups.thr game costs around 80 - 90 $ depending on where you buy it from. but the better thing about this game than BF2 it has a good single player which gets u used to the guns and people. all and all its a good game. it is a lot easier to rank up in this game except you have levels for the ranks so for example you could be staff segeant II.
